My name is Sydney and I am the owner and baker at Breaking Bread. I’m 18 and have a passion for baking.

I was diagnosed with POTS among other things, and it has taken away my ability to work outside of home, and eat gluten. Which was a BIG deal for me. Finding gluten free goodies that actually tasted good was really hard and believe me I tried a lot! So I decided to try making them for my family and myself. I have been throwing around the idea of starting this business for a while. Now, what was something I did here and there for myself, I get to share with all of you.
